 All United States citizens may register to vote as long as the following requirements are met:
- You are at least 18 years of age by the date of the next election
- You are not in prison or on parole for conviction of a felony
- You have not been judged by a court to be mentally incompetent
You can download a California voter registration form
from the Federal Election Commission or call 1-800-345-VOTE and a form will be mailed to you.
